Automatic refunds to your balance
If an order is canceled, its full price returns to your balance. If it ends as Partial, the price of the part not delivered returns to your balance. This happens automatically, with no request needed.
Refills
For services with a refill period, a drop in count within that period is handled with a refill from the order page, not a refund.
Delivered orders
A delivered order is not refunded. Choose a service with a refill period if you want cover against drops.
Top ups
Funds added to the balance are for orders on 1PANEL PLUS. If a payment arrived with a wrong amount or after the top up expired, write to support with the top up code and the transaction hash and we will match it to your account.
