Which YouTube link to use for each service

Video, Shorts, live, channel and comment links: how to copy each one and which services accept it.

Updated 2026-10-13

Each service needs the address of the thing it grows, and YouTube has a different address for videos, Shorts, live streams, channels and single comments. Here is how to get each one.

Video links

For views, likes, comments and watch time on a regular video, use the watch address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= followed by an 11 character id. The short form https://youtu.be/ with the same id works too. In the app, tap Share and then Copy link.

Shorts links

A Short has its own address: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ followed by the id. Use a service made for Shorts or one named Video/Short. A regular video service may not accept a Shorts link.

Live stream links

For live viewers, chat and reactions, use the address of the stream while it is live: https://www.youtube.com/live/ followed by the id, or the watch link of the stream. Place the order after the stream has started.

Channel links

Subscriber services need the channel, not a video. Use https://www.youtube.com/@name or a /channel/ address. Keep the channel public and the subscriber count visible while the order runs.

Comment links

Comment likes need the link of one comment. On a computer, click the time shown next to the commenter's name; the address bar then shows the video link with &lc= and the comment id. Copy that full address.

Check before you order

  • The video, Short, stream or channel is public
  • The link opens the right page in a private browser window
  • You have not placed another order for the same link that is still running

The order form on 1PANEL PLUS reads the link you paste and tells you whether it is a video, Short, live stream or channel, so you can see at once if the link matches the service.
