Refill periods explained

What a refill period means, when you can request a refill and how it differs from a refund.

Updated 2026-10-13

Counts on social platforms can go down after delivery. A refill period is part of the service: if the count drops within that period, you can request a refill and the missing part is delivered again. The period is part of the service name, for example 30 Days Refill or LifeTime Refill.

When the Refill button appears

  • The service has a refill period
  • The order is Completed or Partial
  • The refill period, counted from when the order finished, has not ended
  • No other refill request for this order is still open
  • At least 24 hours have passed since the last request

What a refill does

A refill tops the count back up toward the amount you ordered. It does not add more than you paid for, and it does not change the price. The order page shows each request and its status.

Refill or refund?

A refund returns money to your balance. It happens automatically when an order is canceled (full price) or ends as Partial (the part not delivered). A refill delivers again; it is for counts that dropped after a finished order.

No refill services

Services marked No refill are not refilled. They suit short campaigns where the first result is what matters.
